All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Because our products are made-to-order through trusted fulfillment partners, processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery windows (after processing):

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We proudly ship nationwide. Most Brave & Beautiful Co. orders are fulfilled and shipped from U.S.-based facilities for faster delivery.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Customs processing may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at globalpathwaysllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

Assist with filing a claim with the carrier

Work with you to replace or refund the order when applicable

Please note: Brave & Beautiful Co. is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our items are made-to-order, we can only modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
After that window, production has likely begun and changes may not be possible.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays, sales events, or high-volume seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended.
